Founded in 2021, the company grew out of its founder's own hiring experience. Gregg Carey ran a direct-to-consumer apparel business through the pandemic and built an offshore team to support it.

What he found was that offshore hires performed once they were paired with documented workflows, clear escalation paths, and structured oversight. That finding became the operating model.
