BPOAI.ai is run as three desks: editorial, verification, and data. The rules they work under are public — listings are free, no company can pay for a position, and nothing publishes without human review. How the scoring works is documented in full on How Scoring Works.
How the work is organised
Editorial desk
Publishes the News Hub and the site's guides. Articles are agent-drafted and human-reviewed: nothing goes live without an editor's approval, and every figure in the blog series carries a source URL, retrieval date, and confidence score.
Verification desk
Maintains the directory's 890+ company profiles. Listings publish only when they carry real substance — services, industries, location, team size — and claims are verified against company work-email domains before an owner takes control of a profile.
Data & engineering
Runs the agents that keep profiles current: enrichment from companies' own websites, independent ratings with named sources, and the scoring system documented on the How Scoring Works page. No company can pay for a position anywhere on the site.

Corrections, listing questions, or press: the fastest route is the contact form. BPO operators can claim their profile directly; companies not yet listed can get listed for free.
