BPOAI.ai is a public information platform for the Philippine BPO and AI market: a directory of BPO companies, a marketplace of AI vendors, a news hub, and related tools including an AI assistant. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Directory profiles are compiled from public sources, provider submissions, and verification work, and are updated on an ongoing basis. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error free.

A listing on BPOAI.ai is a factual record, not an endorsement. We do not certify, audit, or vouch for any listed company or vendor. Evaluate providers directly before entering into any engagement.

If you represent a listed company, you may claim your profile to manage it. Submitting a claim confirms you are authorised to act for that company. We may ask for evidence and may reverse claims made without authority.

Inclusion in the directory is free. By submitting information for a listing, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you grant us a licence to display it on the platform. We may edit submissions for clarity and format, and may decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or off topic.

Sponsored placements, where present, are labelled as such. Sponsorship never changes the factual content of a profile.

Answers from the AI assistant and articles in the news hub are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and AI generated answers can contain errors. Verify important facts before acting on them.

You may not use the site to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or company, claim profiles you are not authorised to manage, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or harvest data at a scale or in a manner that degrades the platform for others. We may restrict access that breaches these rules.

The platform's design, editorial content, and compiled directory are ours. Company names, logos, and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners and appear for identification. You may link to and quote from the site with attribution.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on directory information, for the conduct of listed companies or vendors, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The date below reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
