Privacy Policy

BPOAI.ai operates the AI BPO intelligence hub of the Philippines: a public directory of BPO companies, a marketplace of AI vendors, and a news platform. This policy explains what data we collect on bpoai.ai, why, and the choices you have.

Form submissions. When you use our contact, get listed, interest, claim, or company scan forms, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, company or organisation, and your message. Claim requests additionally collect evidence that you represent the company concerned.

Chat. Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed to generate answers and to improve the assistant's quality.

Usage analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, referral source, approximate location, and device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

Profile views. We count views of company profiles in aggregate so listed companies can see interest in their listing. These counts are anonymous.

Preferences. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.

Company profiles in the directory contain business information: company name, services, industries, location, team size, website, and public social profiles. This information is compiled from public sources, provider submissions, and verification work. It describes businesses, not private individuals.

If a listing about your company is wrong or you want it updated or removed, use the claim process on the profile page or contact us. Corrections are typically processed within a few business days.

We use form submissions to respond to you, process listings and claims, and operate the platform. We use analytics to improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Submissions are stored in our database (hosted on Supabase). New submissions trigger an internal notification to our team workspace (Slack) so we can respond quickly. Transactional email is sent through Resend from the bpoai.ai domain. Analytics data is processed by Google. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of listing changes. You can ask us to delete your submissions at any time.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics set cookies to measure site usage. The site itself sets no tracking cookies of its own. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies; the site works without them.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email us and we will act on the request. Where data protection law in your jurisdiction grants you additional rights, we honour them.

When our practices change, this page changes with them, along with the date below. Material changes are noted on this page.
