Three tiers, gated on the Academy's Level 1/2/3 course structure and verified through AI Interviewer assessments, never self-declared. Training is free; tiers are earned.

Your badges also work for your employer: departmental AI badges earned by a company's staff feed that company's credibility score. Start climbing through the Academy.

    Apprentice

    Enrolled in the Academy. Covers in-progress or completed Level 1 (Beginner) of the chosen track.

  2. 2

    Journeyman

    Completed Level 2 (Intermediate) in at least one track and passed that track's AI Interviewer readiness check.

  3. 3

    Alchemist

    Completed Level 3 (Advanced) and passed the AgentConnect mastery assessment, reviewed and signed off by a named human. Alchemists are shortlisted for hire by the BPOs on the platform.
