IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc.

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. Operates the Quezon City site of IMS Group, a workforce solutions company that has provided offshoring services since 2006. Buyers working with this location gain access to specialized delivery teams spanning recruitment, finance and accounting, back office processing, IT management, marketing execution, and property preservation, rather than a single generalist outsourcing desk.

The recruitment offering, delivered under the IMS People Possible division, covers sourcing, administrative support, full cycle recruitment, and vendor management system (VMS) support. On the finance and accounting side, IMS Decimal handles pay and bill processing, payroll, bookkeeping, credit control and collection, and management accounting and reporting, with consultation available for finance and accounting engagements. Property preservation and inspection services are run through IMS Datawise, which also supports back-office and accounting work. Marketing support comes from IMS nHance, offered as standalone services or as an integrated marketing approach. Managed IT services, delivered through IMS Nucleii, include IT solutions, cloud and cybersecurity services, and IT consulting.

This mix of services is built around real estate, financial services, staffing and recruitment, and technology clients. Real estate clients draw primarily on the property preservation and inspection line, financial services and staffing clients on the finance and accounting and recruitment divisions, and technology clients on the managed IT services. The company states that more than 250 global brands work with the wider IMS Group across these divisions.

IMS Group is part of Empresaria Group PLC, a publicly listed staffing company operating across 19 countries with more than 100 offices. Group delivery spans Ahmedabad and Jaipur in India, the Philippines, the US, the UK, Australia, and Canada, with a delivery centre and a branch office established in the Philippines as part of that footprint. Group headcount is reported at more than 3,000 people.

For companies evaluating an offshore partner that can cover recruitment, finance, back office, IT, marketing, and property preservation from one relationship, IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. Provides a Quezon City point of access into that broader IMS Group delivery network.
