Biscayne Marketing has been in the direct contact business for the last 13 years in Boca Raton, Florida. We have over 150 seats of inbound and outbound telemarketing capacity, with additional seats available at our sites in St. Lucia and NY.

Founded in 1992, Biscayne Marketing became a contact center for a retail network of contact lens businesses. The company rapidly expanded into catalog sales, adding more customer service reps. Today, Biscayne Marketing operates from three locations in Boca Raton, Florida, New York, and St. Lucia.
