Sutherland Philippines is the Manila site of Sutherland, an AI-driven business transformation company that has spent nearly four decades running outsourced operations and building the AI-led solutions layered on top of them. The Manila operation is part of a global network of more than 70 offices across over 140 countries, and delivers the customer support, finance BPO, IT outsourcing, and back-office services that sit at the center of Sutherland's outsourcing business in the Philippines.

From Manila, Sutherland provides customer support built on its Customer Experience (CX) practice for front-line and omnichannel engagement, finance BPO drawing on its Finance & Accounting operations, IT outsourcing supported by its cloud, data and digital engineering capabilities, and back-office services delivered under its Business Process as a Service model. These sit alongside the wider AI and technology stack Sutherland applies across its programs, including artificial intelligence, data and analytics, and enterprise application support for clients that need both day-to-day delivery and the automation built around it.
