24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc.

24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc. Is a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider based in Makati City, positioned as one of the earlier RPO providers in the Philippines. The company pairs offshore recruiters with AI-enabled hiring technology to help organizations, primarily in the United States, fill open roles without building out a full internal recruiting team. Its pitch is speed and flexibility: buyers can bring in support for a single hiring push or hand over recruiting for an entire function.

Its offering is structured around three delivery models: Recruiting Blocks, for teams that need targeted recruiting help without committing to an ongoing engagement; Talent Pods, for organizations with recurring or growing hiring needs; and Traditional RPO, for companies looking to outsource recruitment at scale. Beyond these models, the listing covers offshore candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and broader HR outsourcing support, with AI-enabled hiring tools built into the sourcing and screening process.

24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing operates in the staffing and recruitment and HR consulting industries. Its own site points to a client base of U. S. Companies hiring for IT and healthcare roles, using the company as an offshore extension of their recruiting or HR function rather than a domestic hire. The company positions this offshore model as a way for onshore staffing and HR teams to add sourcing capacity without expanding their own headcount.

The company has been in the RPO business for close to two decades and delivers its services from Makati City as an offshore partner to onshore clients rather than an on-site staffing agency. Its recruiting process combines AI-driven sourcing and screening technology with human recruiters, applied across its Recruiting Blocks, Talent Pods, and Traditional RPO service lines.

For U. S. Companies weighing whether to build an internal recruiting team or bring in outside support, 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing offers a Makati-based, AI-assisted RPO option that can scale from a single recruiting block to a fully outsourced hiring function.
