Workoast

Workoast is a nearshore talent partner based in Orlando, FL that helps startups and growth-stage companies hire skilled, English-speaking professionals from Latin America. Buyers get a shortlist of vetted candidates instead of a pile of resumes, and a hiring process that is built around communication and cultural fit rather than keyword matching. For companies comparing a BPO company USA against a local hire, Workoast offers a middle path: nearshore talent in similar time zones at a cost that leaves room to grow the team. The core service is recruiting and placing what Workoast calls Outliers, the most skilled and motivated individuals in their field. The selection process combines senior recruiters with artificial intelligence to source, screen and retain high-performing talent, and the company says this lets it offer clients the top 1% in the industry. Every candidate is checked for communication skills, English language proficiency and alignment with the client's culture. Technical ability is tested through assessments and interviews run by specialists in each stack or skill set, so a client hiring a developer is evaluated by someone who knows that technology. Workoast positions itself as talent for startups. Its stated goal is to connect motivated, communicative people with companies that show growth and innovative potential. That makes the service a fit for founders and engineering leaders who need to add staff quickly without building an internal recruiting function, and for teams that want outsourcing to feel like an extension of their own company rather than a vendor relationship. Companies in the United States looking for nearshore staffing, back office support or technical hires can reach out through workoast.com to discuss open roles and request a quote.
