Specialist. PH is a U. S.-based HR partner that helps marketing teams and agencies scale by recruiting, onboarding, and managing full-time digital marketing specialists from the Philippines. The company describes itself as more than a virtual assistant network, it operates as a dedicated, full-service HR department built specifically for agencies that need high-performance, exclusive marketing talent.

Founded in 2020 by James Zolman, Specialist. PH was created after Zolman spent over two decades in digital marketing searching for a reliable partner to handle recruiting, payroll, and HR for global freelancers. Most existing HR services and freelance platforms offered generic, one-size-fits-all solutions that didn't fit the needs of fast-growing marketing teams, so he built what he couldn't find.

Today, Specialist. PH is trusted by 100+ marketing teams and 1,000+ marketing leaders, providing every client with full-time, pre-vetted specialists who work exclusively for one agency at a time, supported by ongoing HR coaching, payroll, and benefits management.
