Every department in a big company had its own idea of what AI should be. LYRIQ CEO Marco Perrott built AgentConnect to put them on one framework, shaped around the way the business already works.

Marketing tries one AI tool. Operations buys another. Finance runs a pilot of its own. Nobody is doing anything wrong, and yet a year later the company has five ways of doing AI and no shared way of running it. Marco Perrott saw that pattern over and over in large enterprises.
"Each department would run off and have their own idea on what AI should look like, what they should do," he says. His answer was a single framework that every department works from, so the company stops paying for the same lessons twice. "Therefore, you save a lot on resources and time."
“Let us understand your business and we'll bring the technology to you.”

01Tech stack: what you already run
02Workflows: how the work actually moves
03People in the loop: where people stay in control
04Deploy: then improve week by week
The sequence Marco Perrott describes for every AgentConnect deployment.
The approach
Start with the business, not the software
Asked what he observed about how enterprises were approaching AI, Perrott is careful not to call it a failure. He did not see anything wrong, he says, only fragmentation. The fix he proposes is a shift in posture from the vendor side.
“We are humble enough to go: you guys have been very successful.”
In practice, that means LYRIQ starts by learning a client's tech stack and operational flow before building anything. For each department, the questions are the same: "What stack do you need? What workflow do you need? What human-in-the-loop do you need? And we just deploy."
It also means building for industries rather than one client at a time. Perrott argues that software has become commoditized enough that bespoke builds for a single client no longer make sense.

What AgentConnect does
AgentConnect is LYRIQ's governed AI orchestration platform. LYRIQ describes it as connecting a company's knowledge, AI agents, workflows, business systems and people into one governed operation, without replacing the systems a company already runs.
The design choice that matters most for buyers is what it leaves alone. LYRIQ says AgentConnect does not ask companies to switch their CRM, telephony or ticketing platforms. It connects to what they already run, and gives AI agents a company knowledge layer to draw on when doing defined work. A dashboard shows every agent in flight: what is running, what has failed and what each one costs to run.
For contact centers, LYRIQ lists live agent coaching, automated QA scoring, an omnichannel inbox and AI agent deployment without code among its features.
Not overnight magic
Perrott is direct about expectations. "A lot of the times you may think that it's an overnight magic, but realistically, it's actually a partnership of us and your company going back and forth and delivering real results week to week."

“Long gone are the days where you could just charge a quarter of a million dollars and lock these companies in.”

The vision
Small gains that compound
Perrott's pitch is every team, from marketing to operations to finance, getting a little more done each week. Picture each of them gaining a few percent a week, he says, "and that just compounds. Imagine the compounded value over one year."
"And I think that's the vision that we want to deliver."
