Wexpand - Staffing Agency Austin

Wexpand helps US-based companies build and scale remote teams in Mexico. Operating out of Austin, TX with a focus on nearshore talent, the company connects businesses with vetted professionals across functions like marketing, giving clients access to capable, cost-effective staff without the friction of managing international employment on their own. The core offering covers two related needs: staffing and Employer of Record (EOR) services. On the staffing side, Wexpand sources and places skilled professionals, including marketing managers, marketing analysts, social media managers, and product marketing managers. The EOR service means Wexpand handles the legal employment relationship in Mexico, so US clients can onboard remote workers quickly and stay compliant without setting up a local entity. This model appeals to growing companies, particularly in the technology, SaaS, and marketing space, that want to expand their teams faster than domestic hiring allows. The nearshore setup keeps operations in a compatible time zone, making it practical for day-to-day collaboration without the delays common in offshore outsourcing arrangements. For companies exploring BPO solutions, outsourcing, or back office expansion into Latin America, Wexpand offers a straightforward entry point. If you are looking to build a remote team in Mexico or need EOR support for existing staff, reaching out to Wexpand directly is a reasonable first step.
