The Appointment Pros

The Appointment Pros is a Boise, Idaho company that sets exclusive storm damage appointments for roofing contractors. Instead of buying shared leads and racing other bidders, contractors get appointments booked for them alone, backed by a guarantee. The company has been generating appointments since 2005. Its site reports more than 50,000 qualified leads delivered to partners over that time, and the work centers on storm damage. Each appointment is exclusive, which means the homeowner has agreed to meet one contractor, not a lineup of them. Prospective partners can fill in the contact form and expect a follow-up within 24 hours. The clients are contractors in the roofing and storm restoration trade. One reviewer on the site, listed as John D. Says the team produces leads week in and week out and recommends them for storm damage appointments. What sets The Appointment Pros apart is the focus. This is not a general call center USA vendor taking on any outsourcing job. It does one thing, appointment setting for storm damage work, and it has done it for close to two decades. The guarantee on its appointments is a stated part of the offer. If you run a roofing company and want a steadier flow of booked appointments, reach out through the contact form on the company's website. Ask how the exclusive appointment model and the guarantee would work for your territory.
