Hanna Resource Group LLC

Hanna Resource Group, known as HRG, gives growing companies a practical way to handle people management without building a large HR department in-house. Based in Lexington, KY, the firm assesses where your organization stands today and then designs HR strategies to match. For companies that need to do more with less, HRG can take over HR operations through outsourcing. The service list is broad. HRG covers compensation strategy, HR assessments for compliance and efficiency, performance management, conflict resolution and workplace investigations, career transition and outplacement, succession planning, strategic planning, executive coaching, and employee engagement. Its core offerings also include talent acquisition, where a recruiting specialist can lead your hiring efforts, and organizational development. A compensation review, for example, checks whether your pay structure is helping you attract and keep the people you need. HRG says it serves companies of all sizes, with a local, nation-wide, or global presence. The site does not name specific industries, so the firm is best understood as a general HR partner rather than a sector specialist. It states that hundreds of clients have used its solutions to move closer to their strategic goals. Operationally, HRG was founded in 2007 by Lyle Hanna and works through a team of seasoned professionals from varied backgrounds. The team keeps up with changing government and industry regulations through ongoing training and by working with subject matter experts. HRG also teaches, presenting at seminars and workshops and speaking at industry events. Its approach is to learn about each client first and build a solution around that business, rather than hand over a standard package. Servant leadership is the stated value behind how it works. HRG is an HR consulting and staffing-style provider, not a call center USA operation or a customer support vendor. If you are weighing outsourcing for your HR function, or need a partner for recruiting, compensation, or workforce planning, you can contact a consultant through the Hanna Resource Group website to talk through your needs.
