Forr's Keypunching Services, Inc.

Forr's Keypunching Services, Inc. Is a data entry and data processing service bureau based in Milford Square, Pennsylvania, serving businesses across the United States since 1977. For companies that need accurate, confidential handling of their data, Forr's is a proven alternative to hiring in-house entry staff, purchasing specialized software, or managing data projects internally. With more than 45 years in the industry, the company has built its reputation on reliable back office support and fast project turnaround. The core service is high-volume data entry and data processing, delivered at a benchmark of 99.5% accuracy on verified data. Forr's uses double-key verification: data is re-keyed a second time to catch errors before any file is delivered. Operators work on specialized card punch-style keyboards where numeric characters are embedded in the alpha keys, enabling high-speed data capture without leaving the home row. This methodology has been the foundation of the business since Forr's first processed data on IBM Keypunch recorders, and it continues to support fast turnaround, including same-day completion when project scope allows. Beyond keying, the team handles full document lifecycle work: opening envelopes, sorting, batching, coding records, and generating reports. Forr's has served a broad range of clients and sectors. In catalog fulfillment, the company was the order entry house for Harriet Carter Catalog for more than 25 years, processing up to 30,000 daily orders with same-day turnaround. In the nonprofit space, Forr's spent over eight years as the donation entry facility for Public Outreach Fundraising, capturing donor transactions for organizations including Doctors Without Borders, Save the Children, and The Humane Society of the US. In the compensation and HR data field, Forr's provided job description cataloging and financial scope data collection for Salary.com, Payfactors, and Payscale across engagements spanning more than 15 combined years. The company has also supported survey and parish campaign studies for several Pennsylvania and New Jersey dioceses, delivering tabulated parishioner data and reports on tight schedules. All work is performed at Forr's Pennsylvania office, located approximately 30 miles north of Philadelphia. The company is American owned and operated, and every project moves through strict internal quality controls, including site checks, verification processes, and program and check edits. Clients deal directly with accessible staff rather than working through layers of management. There is no offshore handoff. Businesses looking for a dependable back office outsourcing partner for data entry, document conversion, data analysis, or records management are welcome to contact Forr's Keypunching Services to discuss project scope and request a quote.
