The week of June 29, 2026 brought a significant wave of new entrants to the BPOAI.ai directory, with eight business process outsourcing firms spanning four Philippine locations making their debut. The additions underscore the sustained expansion of the country's outsourcing industry well beyond the traditional Metro Manila corridor.

In Clark, two firms staked their claim: Cloudstaff Clark and Hinduja Global Solutions Clark, reflecting the Clark Freeport Zone's rising profile as a tier-one BPO destination. Hinduja Global Solutions Clark brings the Indian-founded global outsourcer's footprint deeper into Luzon, while Cloudstaff Clark joins a sister entity already active in the ecosystem.

Eight BPO Providers Enter the Philippine Directory

Metro Manila and its environs accounted for the majority of new listings. Teledirect Philippines and SupportNinja join the capital's already dense outsourcing landscape, while IntouchCX Philippines, the local arm of the Canadian-headquartered contact center group, adds another international name to the Manila roster. In Pasay, Everise Philippines makes its directory debut, and in Taguig, Ubiquity Philippines rounds out the Metro Manila cohort. Further south, TaskUs Bacolod expands the fast-growing tech-enabled outsourcer's Visayas presence on the platform.

Established Players Verify Their Profiles

Alongside the new entrants, five established companies claimed or verified their listings this week, a clear signal that major outsourcing operators now treat directory presence as a serious business development channel.

Alorica Philippines (Clark), one of the largest U.S.-headquartered BPO operators in the country
Lexmark Research & Development (Cebu), the tech firm's R&D and services arm in the Visayas
TELUS International Philippines (Manila), the digital CX subsidiary of Canadian telecom giant TELUS
TaskUs Philippines (Manila), the NYSE-listed outsourcer's headquarters listing, complementing its new Bacolod addition
Cloudstaff Philippines (Clark), completing a twin verification alongside the newly listed Cloudstaff Clark entry

Verification activity from names like TELUS International Philippines and Alorica Philippines suggests that enterprise buyers are increasingly using the directory to vet shortlisted partners, prompting providers to ensure their profiles are accurate and authoritative.
