Typical good fits include inbox and calendar management, list building and research, data entry, appointment setting, straightforward customer replies, and ongoing back office support.

It also fits buyers who are testing offshore delivery for the first time. A month-to-month arrangement with a 90-day no-cost adjustment window is a genuinely low-risk way to find out whether your processes survive contact with a remote team, which is a question no proposal can answer for you.

Comparing an all-inclusive hourly rate against a BPO's per-seat price is the most common mistake buyers make, because the two numbers contain different things. A useful comparison prices the whole stack on both sides:
