XERO Bookkeeper || Hybrid || Up to 25k

Overview: We are looking for an accounting professional with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support day-to-day accounting activities using Xero. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Australian Bookkeeper to resolve accounting matters and assist in preparing monthly financial reports. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in Pasig are required. Job Responsibilities Record financial transactions accurately in the Xero Accounting system. Conduct regular reviews of entered transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy. Maintain subsidiary ledgers for all receivable and payable accounts. Reconcile client payments and cash transfers. Reconcile credit card transactions. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between book and bank balances. Prepare monthly adjustments, including accruals and asset depreciation. Coordinate with the Australian bookkeeper on accounting issues and assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting. At least two years of accounting-related experience. Experience using Xero accounting system. Excellent communication skills. Willing to work on-site at the Pasig office.
