About the Client
Our client is a UK-based chartered accountancy firm. The firm provides accounting, tax, audit, cloud accounting, payroll, business advisory, and related services, primarily supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
The Role
This role supports UK clients across management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns, statutory accounts, and corporation tax, with hands-on use of Xero and Dext. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports and filings, and resolving accounting issues with a high level of attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Management Accounts experience, PL comparison, Balance Sheet reconciliation
- UK VAT experience for quarterly returns
- Statutory accounts and corporation tax preparation experience
- Bookkeeping experience using Xero and Dext
