Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Process and maintain accounts payable transactions , including invoices, payments, and expense documentation.
- Perform transactional accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding.
- Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with cash management activities and monitoring of cash transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes .
- Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in accounts and transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding accounting and AP-related concerns.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Oversees daily operations for all agents delivering high-quality and valued services
- Conduct training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improve
- Analyze and report on productivity and other metrics - such as attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols
- Ensure that the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, reports
- Perform other supervisory tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years work experience in Accounting (AP/AR/Bookkeeping).
- Team Lead / Supervisory experience is a PLUS
- Proficiency in using MS Excel (Formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
