Rapp Payroll Solutions

Rapp Payroll Solutions is a payroll services company based in Kirkwood, Missouri, built around one core promise: making sure your employees get paid accurately and on time. Their tagline, "Get Your People Paid!", reflects an uncomplicated approach to a function that too many business owners still manage in-house long after it makes sense to. For companies that want to hand off payroll administration to someone who does it every day, Rapp offers a full-service option without the overhead of a large national firm. The company manages payroll as a dedicated back-office service. For small and medium-sized businesses in particular, in-house payroll tends to consume a disproportionate amount of management time and introduces compliance risk that grows with every new hire. Outsourcing to a specialist like Rapp eliminates that burden. They describe their own model simply: they handle everything. That kind of single-point accountability is worth real money for an owner or office manager who needs payroll done right without having to become a payroll expert themselves. Rapp operates out of a Kirkwood office at 206 W Argonne Drive, Suite 106, placing them squarely in the St. Louis metro area. The team includes Sally Rapp and Kim Underwood. For local businesses that prefer a nearby provider over an anonymous national back-office outsourcing service, that accessibility matters. Clients work directly with people who know their account, without routing questions through layers of support staff. For businesses in the St. Louis area looking for a dependable, local payroll outsourcing partner, Rapp Payroll Solutions is worth a direct conversation. Call them at 314.549.8800 or reach out through their contact form to talk through your payroll situation and see what they can take off your plate.
