Image Integrator

Image Integrator is a Syracuse, New York document scanning and digitization company serving organizations across Upstate and Central NY. For institutions and businesses that need to convert physical records and legacy media into organized digital files, Image Integrator provides a focused, local back office outsourcing solution, handling the entire process from scanning through indexing so clients can stop managing paper and start finding what they need. The company's document scanning service produces high-quality TIFF or PDF files from a wide range of vital records: Human Resources files, Accounts Payable documents, Payroll records, Student Records, Special Education files, Capital Projects documentation, and Board of Education materials. For oversized materials, Image Integrator scans blueprints, capital maps, and historical newspapers, converting them into digital formats that are far easier to store and share. Their microfilm digitization work covers microfilm rolls, microfiche, and aperture cards, and the team also addresses vinegar syndrome, the chemical degradation that slowly destroys aging microfilm collections before organizations realize they have a problem. Every scanning and digitization project includes indexing services. This means the team performs data entry and builds customized metadata structures around each document set, so the resulting digital files are actually searchable rather than just scanned. Metadata is configured to match each project's specific needs, which matters considerably when a school district needs to pull a single student file out of thousands, or a municipal office needs to locate a capital project drawing from a decade ago. Image Integrator primarily works with public institutions and private organizations that carry large volumes of physical records. School districts, municipal offices, and county agencies make up a core part of their client base given the emphasis on Board of Education files, student records, and capital projects. Businesses with substantial HR, accounts payable, and payroll paperwork also use their services to cut physical storage costs and speed up document retrieval. For any organization exploring back office data entry and records digitization outsourcing, their regional focus on Upstate and Central New York means direct coordination rather than routing work through a distant national vendor. Organizations interested in outsourcing document scanning or microfilm conversion can reach Image Integrator at 315-474-9788 or adminsupport@imageintegrator.com. Their office is located at 1005 W Fayette Street, Suite 3D, Syracuse, NY 13204.
