Your Virtual People

Your Virtual People is a Filipino-owned business process outsourcing company that finds and manages offshore professionals to support businesses abroad, with this listing covering its presence in Angeles, Philippines. The company positions its work as more than staffing: it aims to place people in the right roles within a client's operation and back that placement with documented processes meant to keep service consistent over time. In practice, this means a business owner can hand off day-to-day tasks such as calls, invoicing, and scheduling to a dedicated assistant, then add specialist roles as needs grow.

The core offering centers on three assistant roles: an Executive/Personal Assistant who can serve as a client's face and voice, a Marketing Assistant who manages social media presence, and an All-Rounder Admin Assistant who handles general office management. Beyond these, Your Virtual People supplies a Team of Experts spanning graphic design and brand identity, accounting and finance, digital marketing content, website development, and engineering and architecture planning. The company also places Customer Support Representatives who handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, and Sales Renewal Specialists who manage contract renewals and client retention through the sales process.

Clients are described in general terms as business owners who need help across office administration, accounting, marketing, or creative services, whether that means a single specialist assistant or an entire team built role by role as the business grows and needs more support.

Your Virtual People, Ltd. Is headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, and lists separate contact numbers for the Philippines, Australia, and the US and Canada, pointing to a client base spread across those regions.

For a business looking to build an offshore team that covers administrative, creative, financial, and technical roles under one provider, Your Virtual People offers a single point of contact for sourcing and managing that talent.
