ORIGIN TEAM LLC

ORIGIN gives architecture, engineering and construction firms a dependable outsourced team for drafting, BIM modeling and structural design. Founded in 2019 and based in St. Petersburg, FL, the company now has more than 50 specialists who work as an extension of the client's own staff. For firms that need extra capacity without hiring, this is outsourcing built around the AEC industry. The core work is Revit modeling and drafting. ORIGIN produces Level of Detail 300 Revit models, from wood frame structures to high-rise projects. The team also provides structural design, 3D design and drafting, as-built documentation, and scan-to-BIM services that turn point cloud and scan data into usable models. This is back office production work for design firms, and it ranges from small jobs to large, complicated ones. Clients describe a wide mix of projects. Testimonials on the site come from engineering firms, design studios, scanning companies and BIM consultancies in the US, Canada and Austria. Their projects include historic residences, commercial buildings, a sports stadium and multi-story structures. Several clients say they have worked with ORIGIN for four years or more, and they mention repeat work and low oversight needs. What stands out operationally is how the team plugs in. Clients say ORIGIN's people join their projects like in-house staff, respond quickly and help them meet deadlines without exhausting their own teams. The company was built from the ground up by its founders with a focus on modern software and current AEC methods, and it keeps adding services as its expertise grows. This is a specialist provider, not a call center USA or customer support operation. If you run an architecture, engineering or surveying practice and want an AI-ready BPO partner for BIM and drafting capacity, reach out to ORIGIN to discuss a project or request a quote.
