CDR ProSource LLC

CDR ProSource LLC connects manufacturers and industrial employers with dependable, skilled workers across multiple states. As a disabled veteran-certified, minority-owned staffing firm headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the company has been building industrial workforces since 2017 with a straightforward goal: get the right people to the right jobs without creating extra work for the employer. The company specializes in industrial and skilled trades staffing. That covers production and packaging workers, machine operators, light manufacturing staff, tradespeople, and CDL drivers. CDR ProSource goes beyond simply filling open positions, prioritizing fit between worker and workplace, and following up with on-site safety visits to confirm placements are working out on both sides. Safety is one of the company's five stated core values, alongside loyalty, integrity, humility, and diversity. The clients CDR ProSource typically serves are manufacturers and industrial businesses that need a reliable pipeline of workers without maintaining a full in-house recruiting operation. This kind of workforce outsourcing is practical for employers in markets where labor availability fluctuates, and CDR ProSource has built regional experience across several of those markets. Active blog coverage reflects staffing work for employers in Marion and Sequatchie counties in Tennessee, coastal Alabama cities like Bay Minette and Spanish Fort, South Dakota's industrial corridor, and Michigan manufacturing towns like Sturgis, Three Rivers, and Coldwater. The company operates out of multiple office locations across the country. Louisiana coverage spans Baton Rouge, Port Allen, Prairieville, Zachary, Springfield, Shreveport, and Amite. CDR ProSource also maintains offices and recruiting activity in Texas, South Dakota, Mississippi, Alabama, and Michigan, which means employers in smaller industrial communities can work with a staffing partner who is physically present in those markets rather than coordinating everything remotely. For any manufacturer or industrial operator looking for a consistent source of skilled and semi-skilled workers, CDR ProSource is worth contacting directly.
