A thought leader in the Philippine HR and business landscape, Patrick is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, and the 2023 Global Excellence Awards Man of the Year.

Alex was an early mover in the Product Management space in the Philippines. She is certified in Software Product Management by The Product School San Francisco, and is trained in Interaction Design by The Nielsen Norman Group. She drives Sprout's user-centric philosophy.

As COO, Kislay Chandra oversees customer success, service delivery, and operational execution. Originally from India, he moved to the Philippines to earn his MBA at the Asian Institute of Management and has spent 16 years scaling local tech startups. Having previously led Sprout’s Product organization, Kislay transitioned to the COO role in July 2023 to focus on driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
