I’m happy to be working here at Open Look for 3 years now. I get to manage my work and personal life. There’s also a strong sense of trust from leadership–they really focus on the outcome of employees (esp the TA team).
In my almost three years with Open Look, I’ve been given valuable opportunities for career development. The people here are incredibly supportive, you can always ask for help whenever you’re facing challenges. The founders are just as approachable and encouraging.
