Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and schedule inquiries .
- Handle customer requests regarding flight cancellations and changes .
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, booking policies, and travel-related services .
- Assist customers in finding appropriate solutions based on airline policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through clear, courteous, and effective communication.
- No BPO experience and fresh grads can apply!
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Familiarity with Amadeus GDS is a PLUS
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working in shifting schedules
