Job Scope
- Managing the local PH Payroll team
- Managing and maintaining platforms Employment Hero & KeyPay
- Optimising system workflows for improved efficiencies
- Payroll projects to meet AU Legislation, awards, taxes and super changes and compliance
- Comply and plan for Audits, and people reporting for the business
- Sharing insights to improve business decisions and employee experience.
Hands on Payroll supporting Officer and will complete full payruns when Payroll Officer is on leave.
