Roles and responsibilities:
Account Payables Processing
- Review invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting document
- Validate invoice details and payment requirements
- Preparation and creation of Form 2307 for withholding taxes
- Record transaction in accounting system (QB)
- Check Printing
Petty Cash Monitoring
- Cash Advances and Reimbursement monitoring
- Ensure validation of receipts liquidations
- Verify liquidation and accountabilities
Financial Record Keeping
- Review documents for completeness and validity
- Assign reference number and classify documents
- Scan and store documents in digital repository
- File physical documents in secure storage
- Maintain labeled folders and controlled access
Financial Reconciliation
- Perform reconciliation review
- Prepare reconciliation report and adjustments
- Must be an Accountancy graduate or related
- Must have at least 6 months ’ work experience in Accounting (AP, AR, Bookkeeping)
- Has knowledge with BIR Rules and Taxation
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shifts
